We are a peer and recovery oriented non-profit organization that specializes in the community-based outpatient treatment of co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.

CHOICES, Inc., a CARF accredited (2016), non-for-profit agency established in 2003 is here to offer a wide range of programs and services to meet the community’s needs including but not limited to outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services, homeless outreach, community-based programs, educational and vocational supports, and more. Our staff works with law enforcement, as well as medical, mental health and adults protection professionals to assist individuals in gaining a timely access to much needed supports.

The members of our staff are open to creating a new beginning for each client, bringing an opportunity for change with the guidance of an understanding and caring clinicians, case managers and peer support specialists.

Our Programs and Services

We strive to create self-directed opportunities for people who may be experiencing difficulties managing their day-to-day life due to severe mental health disorders, including schizophrenia, mood disorder, substance use, and more. One of our duties is to assist our clients in achieving their individual recovery goals.
